Independence Day.  The unalienable right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.  The Declaration of Independence.  The Statue of Liberty. 

This country was founded upon and continues to celebrate the virtues and merits of Liberty and Independence.

Yet, for a hundred years Americans have willingly surrendered these hard-earned gifts in return for hollow, unsustainable promises and the reality of a Less Perfect Union. 

Even worse, we have aggressively betrayed the personal and financial Freedoms of those who are too young to vote and have not yet been born.  Committing the lives of our children and grandchildren to economic indentured servitude is immoral at best, and defies the traditions of Liberty and Independence upon which the Country was founded and has persisted.
